Adrian Tabangay

Adrian Tabangay focuses his practice on business transactions (such as mergers & acquisitions), as well as corporate (business entity) law, real estate law and contract law. He has substantial experience structuring, negotiating, documenting, and concluding all manner of business transactions including banking/lending transactions. Adrian also advises his clients as to their business entities, including internal governance and ownership issues. Adrian enjoys counseling his entrepreneurial and institutional clients with respect to their businesses and transactions, and otherwise assisting in accomplishing his clients’ objectives.

Patrick C. Turner

Patrick C. Turner concentrates his practice in real estate (including commercial, industrial, multifamily and residential transactions; zoning and land use; tax appeals; and eminent domain), corporate and business transactions, and contract law. He was appointed a Special Assistant Attorney General representing the Illinois Department of Transportation and the Illinois State Toll Highway Authority in eminent domain matters from 1997 to 2006. He was on the board of directors of the Chicago Association of Realtors and served as Chairman of its Commercial Forum Committee. Mr. Turner also served as Co-Chair of the Chicago Bar Association’s Commercial Finance & Transactions Committee and was Chairman of the Zoning Board of Appeals for Western Springs, Illinois and currently sits on its Plan Commission.
